Heightbbarrier open for almost 2 weeks

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7331988.

Please can someone close nd lock the height barrier before we have a carpark full of traveller caravans. It has been left open for a couple of weeks. This height barrier needs to be monitored as it seems a few people have keys and aren't being responsible.
