Bad parking - issues to get out of driveway

We recently moved in into the area, and we are having issues to get our car out of the driveway due to cars parking in a space is not sufficient to do so.

The gap in between properties number 4 and 5, is small and we have cars parking on both sides every week, making impossible to get our car out of our property- the only option is to drive on the grassed curve to allow us to make a turn. The issue is mainly that I believe that section should have a double yellow painted on the street, to showcase its not appropriate for parking.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
