Additional Parking bays being reserved by builder without in date notices

There are currently two parking bays In Marlow's west Street car park taken out of service to service building works in a neighbouring property. The two bays are enclosed with a metal enclosure. These have two dated official yellow Bucks Notices stating they cover one bay though one of the notices on inspection is out of date. Late this afternoon, after the builders had departed, it appeared that they were reserving a further parking bay using the out of date notice. This is a busy popular car park which is often full during the day and in the evenings. See attached photos.
