Wed 19 Mar @ 10:50 am. Day 10 of our Carters Ride (HP22 5YH) Restricted Parking Zone (RPZ) Mon - Fri, 10 - 11 am. Two parked today in our RPZ: 1. KJ16 ZTL Blue Nissan Qashqai for the 3rd time. 2. KY23 TSV White Cupra for the 4th time. Note: Monday and Friday seem quieter.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
