Commuters already parked up. 2nd car now added - blue Qashqai reg KJ16 ZTL that's always parked in carter's ride pre restrictions. White kupra KY23TSV is always offending and reported on fix my street several times. Reporting early so someone can inspect and issue parking offence between 10-11am

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
