Copse/public footpath at back of 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 Carter Walk

Reported via desktop anonymously at 12:21, Sunday 16 March 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7285872.

There is a public footpath running through the Copse from behind 10 Carter Walk to the fields in Gomm Valley. The Copse is also designated as part of the new Ashwells housing development. A number of overhanging trees seem dead/dying and in strong winds major branches break and drop. Some are broken and still hanging loose and others are blocking the path. These are potentially dangerous to people using the path and can also damage property (fences/sheds in Carter Walk). The Copse has not been maintained much in 30+ years and I believe some of the trees need removing/thinning out/topping to prevent a dangerous incident
