Resident Parking on Path/cycle route

This resident constantly parks on path which is also used by cyclists as on a major cycle route to town. It has also been bought to my attention that disabled residents find it hard to get their mobility scooters pass when return back to their home. Another resident has said that when she takes her double buggy out she has to go into the road to go around this car. If you could act on behalf of the residents to stop this car parking on the path would be much appreciated.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
