Established illegal encampment

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7272920.

What started out as squatting in an abandoned caravan being used as a squat has turned into a mini fortress.

I'm concerned about the health and wellbeing of the person & his interaction with the local youth.
