Car broken into on 30th November, no MOT

Reported via desktop in the Abandoned vehicles category anonymously at 12:00, Thursday 13 March 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7272393.

As per your message for reasons for not classing this car as abandoned 'Our remit only extends to cars that are untaxed, have no MOT or have been abandoned for 3 weeks or more.' And 'The vehicle has a valid MOT and owner claimed the vehicle therefore we would not consider the vehicle to be abandoned.'

The car does not have a valid MOT (please see attached picture) and was broken into on the 30th November. It has not moved since and therefore, there is no way that a new MOT could have been sought. Although the owner has claimed the car, do they intend on collecting it or dealing with it?
