Cars not moving when 24 hour suspension in place on Lowndes Avenue. No enforcement in place, please get a traffic warden in to Lowndes Avenue today and ticket all these cars and vans for ignoring the suspension. If no enforcement in place why bother issuing a no parking notice?

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
