Thursday 13 Mar @ 10:38. Two cars are parked in the Carters Ride (HP225YH) Restricted Parking Zone (RPZ), Mon to Fri between 10 and 11 am. 1. For the fourth day - a black Vauxhall Mokka DS67 VRW. 2. For the second day - a white Cupra KY23 TSV. Our RPZ has been in operation for four days.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
