Abandoned Car Parked dangerously

This car has been parked here for over a month. It's on the brow of a hill and prevents drivers from seeing oncoming traffic as they need to cross to the wrong side of the road to pass it. Before the rain, it was dusty showing how long it had been there. Someone has already hit the side mirror as it was bent backwards and the front right tyre looks damaged. The car now has no MOT and needs removing as soon as possible before there is an accident.
