It hasn't moved in a year. It's in a bay for dropping off students safety for school which cannot be used.

It's a restricted parking bay used for the drop off of students. It hasn't moved for a year. It should be getting a ticket twice a day for parking during the drop off points. It has no MOT or Tax. In yesterday full BC council meeting it was stated these cars need removing from our roads.

Please make drop off safer for students by removing this car.
