Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7263511.

Second time of reporting as Bucks Council have not dealt with. The bollard has been moved about by person or persons unknown. Does it have to disappear altogether? It was reported in January and the report closed and should have been dealt with within 20 working days. It is adjacent to a war memorial. VE/VJ day fast approaching and out of respect it would be good if this could be dealt with before services commemorating the events are held on the area.
