Fly tipping continues after removal of scrap cars

The site was being used for disposal of scrap and abandoned vehicles, which after six months has now been cleared but the site sill has two plies of rubbish which is attracting more fly tipping on land in front of Sayers Green Farm. The Farm also has an amount of rubbish which environmental health or planning enforcement should take a look at. I camera would be a good idea to catch those people who are too lazy to visit the Tip on the opposite side of the road.
