2 vans parking on double yellows on Norwood Road

2 enterprise hire vans that keep parking on double yellow lines on Norwood Road. They obstruct the view to the left when turning out of branch road onto Norwood Road. They are related to the new house being built on Norwood Road. There are often vans there, parking on the double yellows. These two have been there for a few days without moving. There is no reason they can’t park further up the road. Some weekends multiple vans park on the corners.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
