Vehicles parked facing wrong way on unlit road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7189371.

Tonight at 7pm and again at 9pm I counted 8 vehicles ( out of about 16 parked) that were parked facing the wrong way , contrary to the Highway Code. This makes them less visible to other drivers on an unlit road - Ashley Drive

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
