Customer has an important meeting which cannot be prevented during the time of the roadworks and he cannot park down the road due to difficulty finding parking and without the knowledge of whether the council undertakes to replace the car if stolen or damaged. Please could customer be advised of what can be done to ensure access is given out of the drive. Please could customer be contacted by someone senior to discuss this.
