The covered seating in the park

Is it possible to remove the covered seating in this park? This seating area attracts young people who drink snd smoke drugs. I have seen drug deals happening on this bench because the young people think they can't be seen. Many mornings there are broken vodka bottles and evidence of drug use. I have seen school kids smoking weed and drinking alcohol here after school in their uniforms. See teenagers here being abusive and drinking.Remove the cover from this bench seat and I believe the problem will be much better. I'm sure the people who clean up this park daily can let you know. the problems we face here. I have reported to the police. As the weather warms up this problem will get really bad again.
