Wet leaves and mud on the pavement and road Wooburn Manor park

There's a lot of wet leaves and mud lying around on the pavement and road on the housing estate of Wooburn manor park. The pavement is slippy and someone could trip. The road is filthy and the mud needs clearing off it please. I've lived here 20 years. Never seen it this bad and have never had to report anything up to now. Thank you for your help.
