Overgrown Trees and hedges on footpath between Plomer Green Ave and Woodcote Green Houses

Reported via desktop in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 09:50, Thu 13 February 2025

Sent to Downley Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7128082.

Overgrown trees and hedges blocking footpath access. People and deliveries have to walk on the slippery mud/grass; this is particularly unsafe in the dark. Needs cutting back to allow proper and safe pathway access and usage

Updates

  • The path is still overgrown. This is a dangerous pathway that needs to be clear for the public to use. When it has been raining the ground nearby is very slippery and the overgrown/overhanging branches and bushes make this dangerous as you cannot use the path..
