A continual issue of dog fouling and irresponsible dog owners not cleaning up after their dog. Some owners sling it in bags into the general waste bins within the development, most just leave it on the verges and pavements. The grassed area which was a nice retreat in the summer for picnics is now a 'no go' area as it is littered with dog excrement. A dog foul bin at this location would perhaps encourage dog owners to clear up after their pets!
