Was told incorrect parking charge tines

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7103653.

I parked in Riley Car Park last night at around 18.30 having been told that that was when I didn’t need to pay but having checked this morning I can see that it’s 19.00. I’m happy to pay if you can let me know how (on Ringo I can only pay going forward). Thanks.
