Car parked dangerously outside number 9

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7088223.

Parking in an obstructive place that is dangerous - they have contacted the police and the police have said that it is not a police matter and the council need to investigate if it is dangerous. This is parked outside number 9.
