Dangerous parking

Reported via mobile in the Parking in a restricted space category anonymously at 16:15, Thursday 30 January 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7060369.

Buckinghamshire council need to pull their finger out and do something about this issue before someone gets seriously hurt. Approach road by Taplow train station is grid locked and effectively made in to a one way system. People are parking all the way down to the bottom of the road to avoid car park charges. I have witnessed arguments between drivers re right of way. I have also witnessed a pedestrian nearly get run over due to very poor visibility because cars are parked all along the road. The oncoming driver could not see them.People refusing to reverse back and causing further congestion. There is no use sending parking enforcement as this is a daily occurrence and has been going on for 2 years! There needs to be yellow lines put down that road. This has been going on for 2 years and I would like to know what the council is doing about this. Surely it does not take that long for you to have a consultation etc to put some yellow lines on the road! It is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful.
