Parking on verge outside my property. Vehicle is consistently parking on grass verge and has now put big mud puddles into grass . My child has fallen down and tripped over on the unsafe uneven grass multiple times.

I have asked vehicle not to park there and have been met with foul language. I have two small children in the house . The street looks awful with tyre marks everywhere. I would like permission to put bollard or advice what to do. This is a ongoing problem I have lived in the house 6.5 years.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
