Shocking Flytipping at Hotspot

Massive amounts of flytipping on lay-by at Thornton. This is a regular hotspot. There are probably 2-3 truck loads of stuff currently tipped there. It’s a health hazard and dangerous to wildlife and road users. Please can something be done to seal off this lay-by so tipping can’t take place.
