Hedge & Brambles falling into the Road

Hi All , the Hedgerow & Brambles alongside 8 Peregrine symmetrical to the Road is causing a bit of issue and has done for a while. BCC years ago used to cut the grass verge here but now it’s overgrown. This needs trimming back as each summer it grows heavily into the road and catches vehicles . For 3 years now I have had to trim this back myself having identified a risk .. A once a year heavy trim should be enough by the council . Good time to trim back before the brambles kick in and grow into the road in the summer..
