I am writing to request the removal of the recently installed bin located near the entrance to our office.

We are a medical company preparing to relocate to Bourne End, and you may have noticed the recent refurbishment works aimed at creating a modern workplace for our employees.

Previously, there was an older metal bin in the same location, despite another bin being situated just a few metres away by the bench. I have attached a photo for your reference.

The current placement of the bin is problematic as it will obstruct the new disabled access to our entrance and interfere with the installation of security gates.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into the possibility of removing the bin. I am more than happy to meet you on-site if that would be helpful.
