Abondoned, flat tyre, no tax, no MOT, nuisance & safety concerns

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7016040.

Flat tyre. Vehicle sorned, so no tax and no MOT. Should not be parked on a public road, according to DVLA. It is breaking the law. Is parked on a public road/ bumper up public pathway in a dangerous position on a blind bend corner, on an already overcrowded road, causing issues for pedestrians, esp those with mobility considerations, pushchairs, wheelchairs etc.
