Rats eating at the bins outside the school

RATS EATING AT THE BINS OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL

The bin is regularaly overflowing and waste falling on the ground. Today I saw vermon climbing out of the bin.

Its a health risk to the innocent children.

Please can you provide a larger garage bin given the volume of waste.
