Parking consistently in front of fire access road bollards and on the dropped curbs if not in front of the bollards obstructing drives neighbours have asked nicely and been met with agressive behaviour several times

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
