Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6963392.

Fly tipping in lay-by reported under reference number 6959236, now shown as closed, ‘duplicate’. This report is new flytipping, deposited after the last tipping of a toilet seat etc was collected and cleared. This latest tipping is in situ as of 5.00pm Friday 10 Jan. Since the report was made further items, large white plastic container and debris has been left in the lay-by.
