Didn't see the pay on arrival sign Easton Street multi story Wycombe car

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6962812.

I was in a rush for an appointment and not having used this car park for a few years missed the pay on arrival sign, on return an hour later when having difficulty paying, thought it was that machine. Tried another machine and succeeded in payment, then realised what the problem was. No mobile phone on me so unable to ring anyone at the time although I think it is all automated (ringo). I have downloaded a receipt. Will I face any charges as this was a genuine error and any signs are not obvious until you come to pay.
