Vehicles park on the double yellow lines blocking the exit of the block of flats. This prevents vision into the road causing near misses for accidents as vehicles can’t see oncoming cars so have to pull out into a blind road from Eden Gardens.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
