Railings on public footpath adjacent to A40 London Road and opposite side of river to Marsh Baptist Church

Reported via desktop in the Bollards or railings category by Stephen Boyes at 21:57, Thursday 9 January 2025

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6959165.

In an earlier response you stated that you were in contact with the relevant landowner. You now state that you do not know the landowner and that I should seek. information from Land Registry. Their maps do not show details other than the damage is not within land boundaries of Marsh Baptist Church. This is a very dangerous situation and needs urgent repair. BCC Highways will be held to account if someone is injured because of failure to take action.
