People are parking in front of drive way all of the time. I am an elderly women. I am 96 years old , and have serious health conditions such as severe breathing difficulties. I am often having to call the paramedics out but they are unable to park outside of my drive way as someone has parked in front of drive way. The ambulance has to park up the road and the paramedics may not get to me in time, please can I have a yellow line drawn outside of my drive way to prevent people from parking there

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
