Forgotten diversion sign

Sent to Stoke Mandeville Parish Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6956518.

There is diversion sign that has been laid down for several weeks and I believe l that it may have been left behind after a diversion was set up a few months ago. There was a brief diversion required but I believe this has been left on the side of the road in error. Please can this be removed. Many thanks
