Antisocial parking

She has been asked on several occasions to park considerately and has ignored this every time, she will park there for sometimes 7-10 days on end without moving it and blocking off availability for 3 other cars. She has tonight shouted across the street at both myself and my elderly mother and has still left her car blocking easy access for us and the 5 other houses in out of this area on the street! This has been repeated for the past 6 months.
