Rubbish dumped on Lucas Road

Occurred on Lucas road, between number 30 and 32 on the woodland verge. Time was 16:05, Sunday 5th January 2025.

Car with registration LK6500Y stopped at the side of the road. Middle aged lady existed the vehicle and dumped a bag of rubbish on the verge, then drove off.

Bag is full of house hold waste (empty shampoo bottle, onion peel etc).
