Litter bin is overflowing with rubbish including dog poo bags. Rubbish overflowing onto the floor and has blown into the road by crossing including several bags of dog excrement. Animals pickjng through rubbish. We need an additional bin here, specifically a dog poo bin as many walkers are using this bin to dispose of their dog's mess.
