Nash Lee Road Terrick :damaged plastic crate with building materials and waste (eg bags of cement/plaster mix) found at edge of road this morning. It is v heavy but we have managed to drag it onto the footpath/verge

Crate as on photo Found early this morning (about 8.30 am) Was in road next to kerb outside Paddock Barn, crate damaged Definitely not there yesterday at 5pm Contains opened bags of cement/placer mix, discarded gloves and goggles etc. Obviously workmen's debris. No identifying documentation visible Has been dragged by us onto grass verge by footpath
