This block has been filled with what looks like faeces and placed on the pavement. I have returned this to the drive of number 42 on several occasions but it keeps being returned to the pavement. This is a health and safety issue for any inquisitive child and is a trip hazard as it’s difficult to see in the dark. I have spoken with bucks cc Environmental health, anti social behaviour team and the police. No-one will take responsibility! I first noticed on 10th December 2024.
