Completely blocking the foot path on a very narrow road for pedestrians. Paraplegic wheelchair user, parents with children endangered as a result. That to life less important than inconveniencing other drivers by moving slightly away from the property walls.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
