Blocking the path entirely, danger to life as there is a primary school here and wheelchair users. There is room to park illegally slightly down the road but the driver refuses to move saying they are legally allowed to park here which according to the police is a lie.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
