Parking on a double yellow lines on a busy road with already heavy traffic as it at peak time, this is causing major issues when traffic is dense. Also causes problem for local residents to come in and out of their property as obstructing visibility.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
