Dumped household waste including used nappies

Someone has dumped another bag of household waste on the pavement on Buckingham Drive near the junction of Melbourne Road. The bag is ripped and the contents spread all over the pavement and grass. This appeared overnight and is the third bag with similar contents to be dumped this week. Other two reported on 4/12/24.
