Constant irresponsible parking, too many cars jammed in blocking corners and views, parking in undesignated areas on cross roads restricts already narrow roads. To many people parking bumper to bumper with no gaps for passing traffic to flow

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
