This disgraceful parking problem has been ongoing for the past 8 months and has been reported to you on numerous occasions. It would however appear that you have chosen to turn a blind eye to this serious and very dangerous situation. You could and should have deployed a Parking Enforcement Officer to this site on a daily basis to issue PCN's to the illegally parked vans - this would have raised many thousands of pounds for the Council. The total disregard for local residents and the parking regulations by the builders working on the new flats is staggering and action must be immediately taken.

    Subject to available resources, a civil enforcement officer (traffic warden) will go and assess, and if a vehicle is parked in contravention of a parking restriction, a penalty charge notice may be issued.
