Road closure with no notification, no diversion and not being allowed access

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6800027.

Customer has called to advise she has no notice of the road closure on Thame Road and was denied access by one worker then later allowed access by another - She was advised to follow diversions when no diversions in place
